Welcome to The Collective and thank you for your interest. We are a member driven group providing safe and empowering mental health & wellness services to individuals, couples, and families. We are not a group practice, we are a group of practitioners that value collaboration and community in the work that we do. All of our practitioners operate independently.

About

ABOUT

The Collective is the product of years of conversations between longtime colleagues, friends, and founding members, Don Cronk LMHC & Elly Wynia LCSW. They dreamed about developing a mental health & wellness practice that was innovative and client-centered, The Collective is what they came up with. This member driven group space is a homage to the many professionals who supported Don & Elly’s professional growth and embodies their spirits by offering support for the next generation of mental health professionals as they explore their role in meeting the evolving needs of our community.

The Collective “members” (mental health & wellness providers) have diverse backgrounds and training that build up the always evolving practice-wide knowledge base. We strive to create a space that is safe, professional, judgment-free, and flexible to meet our client’s individual needs. We are also not above having some fun! The mission of The Collective is to be a space where clinicians and clients feel empowered to learn and grow by creating an environment where mental health and wellness feels inclusive and approachable.

If you are a clinician interested in becoming a member, please reach out and create a connection,  but note that we are currently only accepting members interested in virtual only work!
